Mood disorders

Are you feeling sad, lonely or hopeless? Distressed, down and not sure where to turn?

We understand how persistent sadness or low mood can affect your day-to-day life. These feelings can impact your entire existence.

The physical toll of these emotions is often underestimated. Muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues, and other unexplained physical symptoms can arise. Feeling worthless, guilty, or experiencing negative self-talk further compounds these challenges, making it hard to manage emotions and cope with stressors.

Social withdrawal is a common response to these feelings, leading to a sense of isolation and difficulty connecting with others.

During depressive phases, the symptoms mirror those of major depressive disorder, and this is the most common state patients present with and why it is often missed.
