Do you accept insurance?

Currently Accepting BCBS, Medicare, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Tricare, UBH, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim and Oscar insurance. The cost of services is listed when booking an appointment. I can also provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for any OON benefits. The cost of service can also be billed to your credit card on file the day of service.

How do I book an appointment?

Click on the button that says book an appointment and choose a time that works best for you. Next, complete the intake forms that will be emailed to you. Intake forms need to be completed 72 hours prior to our first visit. Otherwise, the appointment may be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

At the time of your appointment, for your comfort and safety, please find a place where you feel your privacy is protected and you are not distracted.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Certain states do not allow telemedicine to prescribe controlled substances and most conditions do not require them. A careful evaluation will be done to determine what treatment we feel will best suit you and your symptoms.

Cancellation policy

We know things come up and schedules change, but due to limited availability cancellation policies are important. If you are unable to cancel prior to 48hours of your appointment, a $100 fee will be charged. And if you cancel or no show the same day we will charge the amount of the cost of your visit.
